Oh how I wish Toronto was in Kansas City right now! fresher than fresh is a snowcone business venture run from a little re-furbished 1957 Shasta trailer. Owner Lindsay Laricks travels around the city and bestows her gourmet snowcones at various events. And the best part is that she creates all of the organic syrups on her own, with fabulous flavours inspired by her organic garden {mmm green tea pear and blackberry lavendar}. What a treat this would be at an outdoor summer wedding!
